Refund policy

CLEANSE-N-GO Satisfaction guarantee: At Cleanse-N-Go, LLC., we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Cleanse-N-Go product you purchased from us, you may request a refund or product replacement on or before the expiration date of your product.

Because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Cleanse-N-Go Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is limited to the original, end-user purchaser. Cleanse-N-Go reserves the right to require a valid proof of purchase and to deny Guarantee requests at its discretion if it determines that a customer is abusing the Guarantee or has engaged in fraud. Cleanse-N-Go also reserves the right to limit the number of products a customer can return under this Guarantee and to deny requests for returns of bulk quantities of products.
